Working with Change Grow Live (CGL) - survey for organisations that work with CGL in Croydon

Thank you for agreeing to take part in our survey so you can give feedback to Croydon Council on your experience(s) of working with Croydon’s Drug & Alcohol Service run by Change Grow Live (CGL). We ask that you only complete this survey if you have had an experience with Change Grow Live (CGL) since October 2021 and that when answering the survey, you respond with this experience(s) in mind.

The information you provide will help the council to better understand how the service is performing and whether to extend the current contract for a further 2 years past October 2026.

The survey should not take longer than 10 minutes to complete and we will not ask for any of your personal identifiable information such as your name or date of birth.
