Shaping the future of Croydon Council’s housing for older people - we want to hear from you!
We’re carrying out some research into the types of homes people over 55 who rent a home from the council want to live in, both now and in the future. We know that we’re living in a constantly changing world and want to see how we can ensure the housing and any services provided meet future expectations.
We hope to hear from you to understand what you like about your home and existing services, and your suggestions to improve what we do.
It will take just 15 minutes to complete the survey.
All your feedback is anonymous and will be used to shape a report of the findings.
Please complete the survey before 23rd May 2025
If you would like to get more involved in helping us to improve our services, please let us know as part of this survey. We will be in touch to discuss the range of ways for you to get involved.
The results from this research will be used to inform our future decisions about housing for older people in the borough - we won’t be able to give responses to individual issues. If you have a specific issue or concern about your home that needs dealing with now (such as a repair or a community safety concern) please report this by calling 020 0726 6000.
Please note: Your personal details and any information provided during this survey will not be used for any other purpose. The Council’s wider privacy statement is below. For further details please visit the Council's website www.croydon.gov.uk
