Have your say on our Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment consultation 2025

Thank you for participating in the consultation on the Croydon Health and Wellbeing Board Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) 2025. The consultation opens 7th July until 7th September 2025. 

Please read the PNA in full, then answer the questionnaire below. All responses and respondent details are anonymous.
