Croydon Council Housing Grounds Maintenance Survey 2025
Help shape the future of grounds maintenance on housing estates
We want to hear from you about the green spaces on your housing estate. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working well, what needs improving and what matters most to you.
We have appointed new contractors to look after green spaces on Croydon Council housing estates. This includes regular work such as grass cutting, hedge trimming and maintaining planted areas.
By taking part in this short survey, you can help us set the right priorities for our new contractors, so they focus on the things that make the biggest difference in your estates.
This work only covers housing estates and not parks nor public roads. It will be split into four sections called Lots. A Lot is a group of housing areas that a contractor is responsible for. Three Lots cover housing estates and a fourth Lot covers extra care and sheltered housing sites.
Have your say
Please take a few minutes to complete our short survey and share your thoughts.
The survey closes at 11:59pm on 24 October 2025.
What happens next
Your feedback will be reviewed by the housing team and used to shape how we work with our new contractors. It will help make sure the service reflects what residents want and that estates are well looked after.
You have been sent your relevant Lot survey in relation to the area in which you live. See explanation on Lots below:
- Lot 1 – North of the borough
- Lot 2 – East of the borough
- Lot 3 – South of the borough
- Lot 4 – Extra Care and Sheltered Housing
