Thank you for participating in our event, part of This is Croydon, a year-long programme celebrating Croydon’s moment as London Borough of Culture 2023-24. 

This is your chance to share your experience. We want to hear your feedback and want to hear your voice. 

Why are we asking for your feedback?

By completing this questionnaire about you will be supporting us to tell the story of our year as London Borough of Culture. Information you share with us will help us understand how cultural opportunities in Croydon are impacting people living in and visiting the borough. 

Your honest feedback is invaluable to us. Information collected will not be used to identify you personally.

We're also asking about people's backgrounds to make sure our cultural activities are welcoming and open to everyone, no matter your background, ability or current position

What will the questionnaire involve?

The questionnaire will ask questions about you and your experience participating in the programme. There are 32 questions which will take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete. 

How we will use this information:

In line with Croydon Council’s Culture and Library Services Privacy Notice, anonymised data from this survey will be shared with the following partners to analyse and evaluate the impact of our programmes:

• Contracted evaluation partners 
• External programme funders
• Programme delivery partners
