Independent Reviewing Officers (IROs) undertake ongoing reviews and monitoring of the care plans of children in care. A part of this process including seeking written feedback from key adults in the child’s life, such as their parents and carers. We invite you to take part in a survey (see link below) to find out your views and feedback on how a child or young person is doing at the moment. Your response will be saved on the child’s file. Sometimes Quality Assurance managers might collate themes from the forms in order that we can learn and improve our service. This will always be done anonymously, so your data would be confidential.
